Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full‑time Subcontract Administrator. In this role, you will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types. You will prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts.
You will also negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts, participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures, and may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. This role requires experience and/or knowledge of sourcing, operations, logistics, and/or planning.
Location:
Marietta, GA. Must be a U.S. citizen and the position requires special access.

- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts.
- Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
- Participate with contracts administration and purchasing team to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
- Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, or related discipline.
- Experience in procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, and data analysis.
- Experience Level: Experienced Professional.
- Works independently and in a collaborative and team‑based environment.
- Experience with multi‑tasking and managing competing priorities.
- Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions.
- Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
- Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay.
- Developing Project/Program Management skills.
- Written and verbal communication and organization skills.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, self‑motivated.

Work Schedule- Full‑time, part‑time remote telework: employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a Lockheed Martin facility (specific weekly schedule to be discussed during hiring).
- Schedule:
4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. - Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules, including a standard 40‑hour over a five‑day work week and condensed schedules that provide additional time away from the office and are in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
