Supply Chain - Subcontract Management - Level 4

• Manage one of Lockheed Martin’s Strategic Suppliers/Partners for major system procurements, handling cradle-to-grave procurement and supply chain activities.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation authority for signing supplier agreements and purchase orders.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for specialized materials, equipment, and services to support development, production, and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions (including price), select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with FAR & DFAR(S) contracts.
• Experience analyzing production or sustainment requirements in an SAP procurement system or equivalent purchasing/ERP system such as Procure to Pay.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and experienced in helping to lead a team or performing as a team lead.
• Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
