You’ll work closely with estimators, technicians, vendors, and our Toyota Parts Department to manage orders, monitor deliveries, and help keep repairs on schedule. So, what is a day in the life of a Marietta Toyota Parts Coordinator like? The basic responsibilities of a Marietta Toyota Parts Coordinator are as follows:

• Ensure every repair has the right parts at the right time
• Manage parts orders and monitor deliveries
• Work closely with estimators and technicians throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with vendors and our Toyota Parts Department
• Help keep repairs on schedule

A Marietta Toyota Parts Coordinator keeps repairs for our Smyrna customers moving by making sure the right parts arrive at the right time. Marietta Toyota strives to provide a red carpet service experience from start to finish, and a parts coordinator plays an integral role in making that happen. Qualifications include:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with estimators, technicians, vendors, and the Toyota Parts Department
• Great work ethics and a “can do” attitude in the face of change
• Comfort managing multiple orders and delivery timelines at once
• The ability to work flexible hours, including Monday – Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
