Aspen Square Management is looking for a versatile "Jack-of-all-Trades" technician to join our team at Legacy at West Cobb in Marietta, GA.

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top‑notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• EPA licensure
• Hands‑on expertise with HVAC systems
• Participation in on‑call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to go off‑site
• Provide own hand tools
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
