• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, offices, restrooms, and amenities.
• Ensure all high-traffic areas are tidy, sanitized, and ready for resident use.
• Assist with trash removal and upkeep of community spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the onsite team.
• Support special projects such as event setup or deep‑cleaning tasks.

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or facility care experience preferred.
