Maintenance Supervisor

Ready to lead the team, not just be on it? Arcan Capital is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of maintenance operations at one of our multifamily communities and build a team that takes pride in its work.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll run the service request system (with a goal of closing requests within 24 hours), manage make-readies and preventive maintenance, and still get your hands dirty on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. You'll also recruit, train, and mentor your techs, manage vendors, and keep the property safe, compliant, and on budget.

• 5+ years of property maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certification
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Supervisory experience and a knack for coaching others (preferred)
• Comfort with maintenance management software, plus your own hand tools, a smartphone, and reliable transportation
• Flexibility for on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays

• A leadership role with real ownership over your property
• The chance to build and develop your own maintenance team
• Support from a Regional Maintenance Director and a company that values safety and quality work

If you're a skilled tech who's ready to lead, or a seasoned supervisor looking for your next community, we want to meet you.
