We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Business Excellence to design, deploy, and sustain our enterprise Business Excellence Operating Model. This executive will drive operational excellence, performance management, quality systems, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement- Lead and govern the enterprise Business Excellence program, including strategic initiatives with defined value realization tracking
- Design and deploy a comprehensive Total Quality Management System (TQMS) across the full design-build lifecycle
- Oversee company-wide continuous improvement efforts, including standardized process governance and Lean/Six Sigma deployment (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt programs)
- Drive a culture of process optimization, waste elimination, and productivity improvement
- Lead structured change management initiatives to support transformation and adoption
- Promote knowledge management, best-practice sharing, and continuous learning across the organization
- Drive cultural transformation focused on accountability, performance, and operational rigor
- Design and govern KPI frameworks aligned with strategic priorities
- Lead enterprise scorecard implementation and performance review cadence
- Deliver performance analytics and executive reporting to support data-driven decision making
- Provide systematic improvement recommendations aligned with business objectives
- Oversee and continuously improve the Total Quality Management System (TQMS)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards
- Lead certification initiatives (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in operational excellence, business excellence, or enterprise performance leadership
- 10+ years of management experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong background in quality management systems and audit standards; TQMS experience preferred
- Proven success leading enterprise transformation and performance management systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive change across complex organizations
