Regional Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Divisional Manager in Savannah to join the most reputable heavy highway and asphalt civil GC in Georgia. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven construction professional with deep expertise in DOT and/or asphalt operations who is ready to take ownership of performance, people, and profitability.

The Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of division operations, including project execution, financial performance, safety, client relationships, and team leadership. This individual will play a key role in strategic planning, operational excellence, and business development within the region.

• Lead day-to-day operations of DOT and asphalt projects
• Drive financial performance including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local DOT regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and state agencies
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, and project delivery to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
• Champion safety culture and ensure adherence to all safety standards
• Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing teams
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to long-term strategic planning

• 15+ years of experience in construction leadership, with significant experience in DOT and/or asphalt operations
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure or roadway projects
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing division-level P&L
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple teams and projects
• In-depth knowledge of DOT specifications, standards, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Savannah, Georgia
