Basic Qualifications

Our Mobility and Distributed Training Solutions (MDTS) sub‑market segment, within Air and Commercial Solutions (ACS), supports the C‑130J Maintenance and Aircrew Training Systems (JMATS) Program by providing advanced simulators and training capabilities.

THE WORK

As a Portfolio Program Management Sr. Manager, you will lead multiple simulator production and modification projects along with sustainment services supporting the JMATS customer. You will oversee the execution of all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality training solutions.
  • Overseeing Earned Value Management (EVM) baseline creation, execution, and business rhythm for assigned modifications.
  • Acting as the primary customer interface and ensuring alignment with JMATS program and customer requirements.
  • Driving risk and opportunity management to optimize project outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other program managers and functional teams to ensure seamless execution as part of a 1LM culture.
  • Developing new business and strategic plans to keep programs sold and grow new business.
  • Leading proposal development, contract negotiations, and execution of production and modifications.
  • Providing status updates and reports to internal leadership and external customers.
