Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with OT required for emergency response situations
Reports To: Project Manager
Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00/hour DOE
Location: Marietta, GA 30060

Position Summary: The Contents Packout Manager oversees all contents operations on fire, water, mold, and biohazard restoration jobs. You'll lead the pack out team from start to finish—inventory, transport, storage, and return—while keeping jobs on schedule and customers informed through some of the hardest moments of their lives.

• Crew Management: Manage and supervise the packout crew on all job sites.
• Job Scoping: Scope jobs in advance to determine staffing and supply needs.
• Documentation: Oversee proper inventory, packing, labeling, and documentation of contents.
• Communication: Coordinate with Project Managers and field teams on scheduling.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure contents are handled, stored, and returned with care and accuracy.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety standards on all job types including bio and mold.
• Training & Mentorship: Train and hold team members accountable to quality and efficiency standards.
• Asset Management: Manage temp labor usage and control unnecessary overtime.

• Experience: Prior experience in restoration contents required.
