is a seasoned clinical professional with experience and a passion for caring for residents with dementia. As a leader in the Memory Care Neighborhood, they will oversee the daily clinical operations of the neighborhood alongside the Memory Care Program Director.

• Manage the Wellness Center
• Resident Assessments and Re-Assessments
• Resident Care Plans
• Resident admission and management of profiles in EMAR
• Medication management and incident reporting
• Excellent employee retention
• Alignment with Arbor standards for Programming, Dining, and the Environment
• Strong communication skills along with the ability to provide training and coaching on the latest approaches in care for the residents is required. An unwavering focus on customer service and resident and family relations is also critical in this role.

• LPN (Required)
• Experience in a Memory Care setting
• Experience caring for residents with dementia, 1 year minimum
• Management experience preferred but not required
