You will be the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 for the Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop and Component Paint team which is responsible for delivering high‑quality C130J aircraft.
What You Will Be Doing
As the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost and schedule obligations for a 130‑person team on the C130J program.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Drive a safety‑first culture and enforce FOD‑control standards.
* Ensure product quality meets stringent aerospace requirements.
* Manage cost performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain schedule fidelity and mitigate delivery risks.
* Mentor and develop both salaried staff and artisans/mechanics.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive production challenges
Experience developing and managing budget and quality performance
Aircraft manufacturing leadership experience
Experience working with a represented workforce as well as salaried personnel
Experience building effective relationships and working with a cross function team;
Engineering, Quality, Production Control, etc.
Experience communicating with senior and executive leadership
Management Operating System integration and operations experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
