* You will be the C130J Flight line Completion Manager for the Flight line Completion team which is responsible for managing C130J aircraft through all flightline processes

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the C130J Flight line Completion Manager you will be responsible for overseeing avionics checkout, fuel functional checkout, engine runs, system checkouts, and final aircraft inspections prior to sale and delivery

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Directly manage C130J aircraft through the complete flightline workflow, ensuring all checks and tests are completed

+ Prioritize daily aircraft work flow based on delivery dates and flight test schedules to meet Long Range Plan goals

+ Review and finalize daily work plans, reallocating resources as needed to achieve daily objectives

+ Conduct end‑of‑shift tie‑ins, communicate priorities to the next shift manager, and provide feedback for continuous improvement

+ Escalate constraints that cannot be resolved at the manager level in a timely manner

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
