* You will be the Flight Line Supervisor Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for leading represented mechanics and avionics technicians in systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Flight Line Supervisor Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing crew performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality flight‑line execution
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise crews of mechanics and avionics technicians, assigning work to meet tactical and strategic goals
+ Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget while reviewing work for quality and efficiency
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area and enforce "Clean As You Go" tool‑control practices
+ Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and implement mitigating actions in partnership with Flight Line Operations leadership
+ Manage training records, address certification gaps, and support employee‑engagement initiatives

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits
** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
