Develop and train managerial employees; hire and orient new managers; build a deep bench of leaders.;
Drive customer satisfaction and respond to customer issues, while maintaining company standards and procedures.;
Analyze financial performance, coach on sales and profitability improvements, and provide regular feedback to RGMs.
