The Hub Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a GOFO hub, including package sorting, staffing, productivity, service quality, and overall operational performance. This role leads the onsite operations team, monitors key performance metrics, identifies operational issues, and works cross-functionally to ensure efficient and timely delivery. The annual compensation range for this position is $80,000–$100,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.
- Oversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution.
- Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance team productivity.
- Implement best practices for logistics management to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hub performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
