Entry-Level CNC Machinist Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Machines

  Run computer-controlled equipment to produce metal parts with precision.
• Assist with Setup
  :
  Help set up machines, load raw materials, and calibrate tools under guidance.
• Perform Quality Checks
  :
  Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to inspect finished parts.
• Support Maintenance
  :
  Clean and maintain machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Read Blueprints
  :
  Learn to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Document Production
  :
  Record measurements and report any issues to supervisors.

• Technical Know-How
  :
  Build familiarity with CNC programming and machine controls.
• Problem Solving
  :
  Learn to identify and resolve minor production issues.
• Teamwork
  :
  Collaborate with experienced machinists and engineers.

Expect to work with:

• CNC lathes, mills, and grinders
• Metal bar stock materials (e.g., steel, aluminum)
• Precision measuring instruments

Shift Options:

• 5:00 AM 2:00 PM
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (
