This is a hands-on, fast-track leadership opportunity for new college grads who want to build a real career in manufacturing and operations.
Our client is looking for motivated, high-potential graduates to join their Emerging Leader / Manager Trainee Program
—a development path designed to prepare future Plant Managers through real responsibility, real teams, and real impact.
From day one, you’ll be on the production floor learning how the operation runs, leading teams, and solving problems that matter. Strong performers move quickly into higher leadership roles, gaining the experience needed to run a manufacturing operation.
This isn’t a “watch and learn” program.
It’s learn by doing

- Lead a frontline production team of 15–25 employees
, helping meet daily safety, quality, and production goals - Learn how manufacturing operations work—from equipment and systems to quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot production challenges and help improve efficiency and performance
- Develop your leadership style by coaching, motivating, and supporting hourly team members
- Work closely with other departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Gain hands‑on experience with quality systems, testing equipment, and production metrics
- Learn workforce scheduling and labor tracking using Kronos Time & Attendance
- Contribute to a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Recent college graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field
- A strong interest in leading people and building a career in manufacturing or operations
- Willingness to work a hands‑on, plant‑based role with rotating 12‑hour shifts (days and nights)
- Curiosity, resilience, and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Internship or prior manufacturing/leadership experience is a plus—but not required
- This is a true leadership pipeline
