What You Will Be DoingProvide production control analysis and support to the C-130J Production Line
Job Description And Responsibilities- Supporting Forward Fuselage Build Area
- 9 SWBS with 5,500 parts to manage
- 13 aircraft in-work at any one time
- Fwd Fuse has the most critical load parts for the entire build cycle
- BUI is responsible for the most GFE parts and heavy with feeder plant part movement
- First line of defense for build area constraint management
- Networks and builds strong relationships with all support functions and production build teams
- Responsible for statusing to senior leadership in war rooms
- Manages Floor WIP and schedule execution of the program plan
- Manages and monitors key performance indicators and MMAS metrics related to Production Control shop floor activities for parts movement and requirement planning.
- Manages material requirements to mitigate negative impacts on production.
- Manage the flow of materials through the RCO processes to the shop floor or to support external needs
