Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose equipment problems, and complete appropriate repairs in a timely manner.
- Conduct PM's of all operating equipment, including production packaging, materials transfer facilities, and powered equipment (scissor lift, company vehicles), according to the maintenance connection task requirements.
- Minor design and operation of new/used equipment for operations improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance work records, utilizing the computer management system
- Chemical waste treatment disposal
- Perform duties specified by the Supervisor/Manager.
- Forklift Certification
- High School Diploma (G.E.D.) may include specialized vocational courses.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a self‑driven, motivated individual who can work with limited supervision.
- Perform duties with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Able to read, write, and comprehend Zep business documents such as operational manuals and work orders.
- 2-3 years in maintenance experience and production, manufacturing, PLC's, Robotics or other business‑related experience within a manufacturing environment.
