* You will be the Multi Functional Manufacturing Supervisor   Level 3 for the C‑130 MID Fuselage Production Team which is responsible for

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Multi Functional Manufacturing Supervisor   Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build, driving quality, cost, and schedule excellence

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Supervise a team of 10  hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets

+ Implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste

+ Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations

+ Oversee training, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation for all team members

+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless production operations

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Experience leading or managing in a production setting

- Experience collaborating with hourly employees

- Aircraft maintenance or aerospace manufacturing experience

- Proficiency in using Shop Floor Manager  SFM  or similar systems

** Desired

Skills:

* Desired skills :

- 3  years aircraft production experience

- Experience in a union environment

- Experience in budgeting and staffing

- Shop Floor Manager  SFM  experience

- Able to multi task and prioritize efficiently

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader

- Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non technical, and business staff at all levels

- Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems

- Proficient in Quality Action Document System  QADS  

- Knowledge of C 130 assembly

** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
