* You will be the C‑130 Wing Shop Multifunction Manufacturing Supervisor   Level 3 for the C‑130 Wing Shop team which is responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build and delivering quality, cost and schedule excellence

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the C‑130 Wing Shop Multifunction Manufacturing Supervisor   Level 3 you will be responsible for directing the hourly crew, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensuring safe, on‑time production

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Supervise a team of 10  hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and schedule targets

+ Implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste

+ Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations

+ Oversee training, performance evaluations and compliance documentation for all team members

+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless production operations

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Experience leading or managing in a production setting

- Experience collaborating with hourly employees

- Aircraft maintenance or aerospace manufacturing experience

- Proficiency in using Shop Floor Manager  SFM  or similar systems

** Desired

Skills:

*
* - 3  years aircraft production experience

- Experience in a union environment

- Experience in budgeting and staffing

- Shop Floor Manager  SFM  experience

- Able to multi task and prioritize efficiently

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader

- Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non technical, and business staff at all levels

- Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems

- Proficient in Qualsight for constraints management

- Knowledge of C 130 assembly
