We are seeking a Metal Sign Fabricator to join our client's elite production team. If you have 5+ years of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for bringing complex, custom designs to life, we want to hear from you.

• Fabricate: Build high‑quality metal signs, structures, and custom plastic components.
• Electrify: Install, wire, and troubleshoot advanced lighting systems (LED, Neon, Fluorescent).
• Analyze: Read complex shop drawings, blueprints, and execute material takeoffs.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work with designers and project managers to engineer builds and mentor apprentice‑level fabricators.
• Steel‑toe safety: Work in a smoke‑free environment, wear steel‑toe shoes, and maintain a clean, safe shop.
• Physical requirements: Manual lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for 9 hours at a time.
• Compliance: Ensure UL/NEC code compliance in all work.
• Material estimation: Perform material take‑offs for procurement.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Brainstorm techniques with designers, project managers, and field technicians.

• 5+ years of experience in metal sign manufacturing (journeyman level or certified welder preferred).
• Strong welding proficiency and deep knowledge of UL/NEC code compliance.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard wiring and lighting components (LED, Neon, Fluorescent, HID).
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with material estimating, plastic fabrication, channel letter fabrication, woodworking/carpentry, and sign fabrication.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and quality‑focused with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience level:
  Experienced.
• Years of experience: 5 years.

Salary: $56,159.99 - $64,480 per year
