Production Operations

• Operate forklift, pallet jack and hoist to run bag slitting equipment, blend, and process tea for production lines
• Check and complete tea blend paperwork to verify component accuracy
• Repair and tape damaged bags of tea
• Manually dump tea as needed
• Operate both North and South tea blending systems according to instructions
• Move tea hoppers to appropriate machine lines for production
• Verify correct blend is placed in the right location for each line
• Complete rework activity as needed
• Assist in other areas of Blending, Warehouse or Production as needed

• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to daily production needs and changes
• Previous forklift experience preferred but not required
• Ability to tolerate noise associated with production equipment and variable weather conditions (heat/cold/humidity)
• Ability to use personal protective equipment, including company uniforms, hearing and eye protection
• Ability to stand for 8‑12 hours per day while monitoring production
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Full‑time permanent role on the 1st (first) shift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Overtime may be available. Anticipated starting wage rate is $20.95 – $22.40 per hour.
