You will be the C‑130 Wing Shop Multifunction Manufacturing Supervisor
- Level 3 for the C‑130 Wing Shop team which is responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build and delivering quality, cost and schedule excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
As the C‑130 Wing Shop Multifunction Manufacturing Supervisor
- Level 3 you will be responsible for directing the hourly crew, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensuring safe, on‑time production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise a team of 10+ hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and schedule targets.
- Implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations.
- Oversee training, performance evaluations and compliance documentation for all team members.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless production operations.

Desired skills
• 3+ years aircraft production experience.
• Experience in a union environment.
• Experience in budgeting and staffing.
• Shop Floor Manager (SFM) experience.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader.
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
• Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems.
• Proficient in Qualsight for constraints management.
• Knowledge of C-130 assembly.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
