You will be the Program Planner (Level
2) for the Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) Planning team which is responsible for delivering integrated schedule support across C‑130J, LM‑100J, C‑5 Galaxy, and P‑3 Orion programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Planner (Level
2) you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Program Summary Master Schedules for new and existing AMMM initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and update IMS/PSMS, establishing and adjusting the critical path as program scope evolves.
- Identify schedule variances, investigate off‑schedule tasks, and document corrective actions for stakeholders.
- Produce narrative support and metrics for proposals, sustainment plans, and "what‑if" scenario analyses.
- Conduct independent network analyses and quality assessments to ensure compliance with program performance standards.
- Represent the organization in stakeholder briefings, clearly communicating schedule impacts and recommended mitigations.
