What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor
- Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build, driving quality, cost, and schedule excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise a team of 10+ hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets.
- Implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations.
- Oversee training, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation for all team members.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless production operations.

Desired skills:
• 3+ years aircraft production experience.
• Experience in a union environment.
• Experience in budgeting and staffing.
• Shop Floor Manager (SFM) experience.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader.
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
• Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems.
• Proficient in Quality Action Document System (QADS).
• Knowledge of C-130 assembly.
Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
