Continuous Improvement Engineer Senior (Level
3) for the Production Excellence team responsible for enhancing producibility, product quality, and process optimization across engineering disciplines.

Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques, analyze operational workflows, drive cost‑reduction studies, lead Kaizen events and training, and support facility and equipment planning.

• Apply Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools to improve production performance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze sequences of operations, workflow, and equipment layouts to optimize plant utilization and reduce cycle times.
• Conduct cost‑control and process‑optimization studies, and implement modification plans based on findings.
• Lead multi‑day Kaizen events, provide continuous‑improvement training, and facilitate A3 problem‑solving teams.
• Support facility and equipment design, modification, and mistake‑proofing initiatives in partnership with facilities engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college.
• Experience with data analysis software (MS Excel, Minitab, Tableau, Matlab, etc.).
• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a secret clearance (position located at a facility that requires special access).

• LSS Black Belt certification.
• Project Manager certification.
• 5+ years of experience with data analysis software.
• Master's degree.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events.
