Our team is responsible for work measurement, cost analysis, capacity requirements planning (reporting and analysis), capital project management and budget planning, discrete event simulation, staffing forecasts, etc.
As an Industrial Engineer, you will support cross‑functional improvement efforts for ADP programs, working closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. You will also perform data analysis, observations, and time studies to support cost driver analysis and process improvement.
Responsibilities- First Article Master Scheduling Committee (FAMSCO) facilitation
- Work directly with and in support of the production operations team
- Performing observations and time studies to support cost driver analysis and process improvement
- Using visualization and data analytic tools to analyze production processes
- Applying Lean and Six‑Sigma practices to production and leading major improvement efforts
- Assisting in new product development and proposal efforts with data analysis
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Experience applying Industrial Engineering principles in industry (forecasting, scheduling, staffing, etc.)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
- Bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proficiency with computer systems and data analytics
- Proficiency with software including Tableau, MS Project, MS Word, advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and Visio
- Ability to communicate effectively and be persuasive with solutions
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Work schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
