Responsibilities- Learn multiple aspects of the manufacturing process
- Participate in performance and wage reviews within the first year
- Operate in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the production process
- No manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Positive attitude and dependability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Attention to detail and effective communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work overtime
- Lifting up to 65 lbs
- Positioning materials with carts and overhead cranes
- Standing/walking for most of the shift
- Vision for inspecting work
- Occasional pushing/pulling of carts
Starting pay is $21/hour with two 50-cent increases after competency assessments. $1/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Propelis provides fully paid on-the-job training, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, and generous paid time off. The U.S. pay range is $21–$22 USD hourly; exact pay depends on location, experience, and other job-related factors.
