The Robot Operator position is responsible for operating robotic palletizing equipment and coordinating palletizing activities in the robot/carousel area to support production operations. This role ensures materials are staged, labels and pallets are verified accurately, finished goods are released properly, and the work area is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized manner. You will be performing the following tasks, including but not limited to:

• Prepares the palletizing area for daily work.
• Ensures all materials needed for the day are ready and staged around the carousel area.
• Requests needed materials from Utility or the Line Supervisor.
• Keeps the robot/carousel area clean and organized.
• Follows all safety, health, and company policies.
• Initials, dates, andmaintainscompany paperwork as required by GMP or the Quality Control department.
• Verifies alli Makelabel information and ensures labels are correct, printed, readable, and placed on the correct pallets.
• Usesa forklift and manual floor jack to support palletizing activities.
• Qualifies as a backup Utility as needed.
• Interpretspalletor load patterns from the computer.
• Operates the stretch wrapper.
• Completes positive release of finished goods pallets using thei Makecomputer system.
• Operates robotic palletizing equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead or Line Supervisor.

• This is a full-time permanent role on 3rdshift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Overtime may be available, depending on the needs of the business. Theanticipatedstarting wage rate for this position is $18.30-$22.40 per hour.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent, plus 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• The ability to read and write in English and perform routine math equations.
• The ability to respond quickly and efficiently to problems or changes in production needs.
• The ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to keepaccurateand legible records.
• Experience using thei Makecomputer system, or the ability to learn and use it effectively.
• The ability to use a forklift and manual floor jack.
