ADP- Production Associate Mgr - L4

Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

This position is for Second shift

This position is in Marietta, GA à Discover Marietta.

• Must have experience in manufacturing structural and/or electrical assembly.
• Leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Must have a thorough understanding EVMS, Aeronautics Manufacturing System (AMS) and/or experience managing cost and schedule.

• Experience in the application of lean manufacturing techniques
• Experience managing bargaining unit labor resources
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory/Management experience (to include program management) in aircraft manufacturing or production operations
• Experience in Root Cause & Corrective Action
• Leadership experience in driving a culture of Continuous Improvement and Quality
• Must have strong knowledge in leading a Culture of Accountability (COA) and / or cultural change management.

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
