Step into a leadership role where you'll run day-to-day compounding operations, develop a strong production team, and directly influence quality, efficiency, and safety in a growing manufacturing environment.

LocationHall County, GA
Responsibilities- Oversee daily compounding, batching, blending, pre-weigh, and material handling activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
- Lead, schedule, train, and develop production personnel while ensuring appropriate staffing and consistent execution of procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP, SOPs, FDA requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production and manufacturing documentation.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to investigate deviations, batching issues, and production errors and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations for complex manufacturing issues in collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, workflows, productivity, and production capabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of new compounding processes and manufacturing methods.
- Promote a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, including proper handling of hazardous materials and waste.
- Monitor equipment, raw materials, and safety supplies to support uninterrupted production.
- Support audit readiness and ensure corrective actions are completed and sustained.
- Manage timekeeping, overtime approvals, and daily departmental priorities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in compounding, batching, or mixing operations.
- Proven track record of improving production processes, reducing errors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in a regulated environment with strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, SOP, and OSHA requirements.
- Experience managing teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management across production shifts.
