BD Studio Collection is a collection of three interior design studios, a procurement agency, and a leadership team that supports the brands. Our portfolio includes Banko Design, Red Pen Procurement, Warner Design - A BD Studio, and Eleni Interiors - A BD Studio. We are located in Marietta, GA, and are passionate about making an impact in the industry.

As an entrepreneurial-driven company, BD Studio Collection is focused on nurturing our existing house of brands within our portfolio and driving clear, consistent support to each. Marketing support remains a strategic pillar in the growth and success of our portfolio. This includes having a Marketing Specialist who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with new initiatives that align with company and client goals.

The Marketing Specialist has experience in a range of marketing functions, including Copywriting, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Platform Management. We encourage you not only to be a brand advocate for the portfolio but also to project a positive, professional, and collaborative energy as a representative of the Company. This role will report directly to Amelia Warrener, Marketing & Brand Manager.

Key collaborators inside this role include, but are not limited to, Marketing, Leadership, and Business Development. The primary function of this role is to support content production across all brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand Manager to define, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies with a focus on growth, lead generation, and performance.
  • Lead email marketing strategy and execution, including building, writing, designing, scheduling, testing, and sending campaigns, managing automations, segmenting audiences, and optimizing performance.
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to manage email lists, identify MQLs, and optimize lead nurturing through targeted email and social campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives across email, paid media, and digital channels.
  • Develop content strategy aligned with business goals, audience needs, and funnel stages.
  • Collect, analyze, and report performance data from email, social, paid media, and campaigns to inform strategy and improve results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, competitors, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Write and edit long-form and short-form content, including email campaigns, blogs, website copy, captions, and social posts, and self-review for grammar, tone, formatting consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Plan and prepare marketing materials for conferences and events, including booth collateral, presentations, giveaways, and client gifts.
  • Support project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and campaign budgets.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all outbound marketing materials, including emails, social posts, blogs, landing pages, and digital assets prior to publication.
  • Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all marketing communications.
  • Maintain and organize internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, contact directories, and internal servers.
  • Work regularly in platforms including Click Up, Hub Spot, Squarespace, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities for both long-form and short-form content.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, content strategy, paid media, and analytics.
  • Experience with CRM, email marketing platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Hub Spot proficiency or similar/comparable marketing automation.
  • Self-directed with strong follow-through.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of producing outstanding, error-free deliverables.
  • Strong proofreading and quality assurance skills with high level of personal accountability.
  • Prior agency experience and multi-brand exposure strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Illustrator with basic graphic design skills.
  • Familiarity with interior design concepts and workflows preferred.
