Marketing Manager (Part-Time)
Mostly Remote | Marietta, GA Area | Real Estate
A top-producing real estate brokerage in Marietta is hiring a part-time Senior Marketing Manager to lead social media, content strategy, and listing marketing for a high-volume residential and commercial practice.
The RolePart-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week. Mostly remote with occasional in-person collaboration in Marietta, GA. Flexible schedule for the right person.
What You'll Do- Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube
- Produce short-form video content for listings, market updates, and brand storytelling
- Lead listing marketing campaigns: coming soon, just listed, open house, just sold
- Design listing collateral (brag sheets, flyers, feature sheets) in Canva
- Write blog posts, market reports, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Track engagement metrics and refine strategy based on performance
- 5+ years in marketing with a focus on social media and content
- Proven track record growing audiences and engagement
- Expert in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong writing across luxury, professional, and lifestyle voices
- Video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere, or similar)
- Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp a plus)
- Comfort with CRM tools ( a plus)
- Real estate marketing experience preferred
- Self-starter who owns outcomes
- Sharp eye for design and copy
- Organized, deadline-driven, juggles multiple campaigns well
- Works independently with minimal oversight
