The Worship Ministries Director is responsible for planning, leading, and developing the worship ministry of Excel Church. This includes overseeing worship services, building and equipping volunteer teams, and integrating worship and the arts into the broader mission of the church. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader, spiritually mature, musically proficient, and passionate about shepherding worship volunteers both spiritually and relationally.

Pastor Mike Darrell is a distinguished leader, recognized for his role as the Founder and President of Excel University and as a Global Peace Ambassador to the United Nations (UN). With a deep passion for empowerment, he is dedicated to advancing God's Kingdom and fostering international understanding.

In 2013, Pastor Mike and his wife, Pastor Ghilaine, founded Excel Church in Atlanta, GA, with a mission to inspire abundant living based on John 10:10. The church quickly grew into a diverse and thriving community, offering hope, purpose, and spiritual growth.

For over 16 years, Pastor Mike has been a powerful voice, sharing the transformative message of God's Kingdom principles with leaders, pastors, and congregations around the world. His ministry transcends age, title, and nationality as he earnestly seeks to touch hearts and change lives through the truth of God's Word. As a gifted author, Pastor Mike has written influential books, Reprogramming and Eden's Economy stood out as profound guides to understanding foundational Kingdom principles.

Through his writings, he continues to reach a broader audience, helping individuals connect with God's divine plan and experience spiritual growth.

In a significant development in 2022, Pastor Mike was honored with the role of Global Peace Ambassador to the UN. This prestigious appointment recognizes his exemplary leadership and expertise in ministerial matters. As an ambassador, his mission includes advising on global issues, promoting peace, and fostering cooperation and understanding among nations. His unique blend of spiritual insight and diplomatic acumen has positioned him as a bridge-builder between cultures.
