The Unit Manager Role Includes:
  • Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
  • Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
  • Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
  • Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
  • Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
We are seeking candidates with:
  • Active RN or LPN License in the State of Georgia - Required
  • Prior working experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting: 1-3 years’ experience required
  • Ability to give direction and motivate a team
  • Availability to be on call
