Schedule:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts (please note: no RTO)

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with Nursys verification
• Minimum 2 years' recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing (MS RN)
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Updated resume with no gaps over 60 days, skills checklist, references, certification card, and badge-appropriate profile photo

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care to acutely ill adults with a variety of diagnoses in a 12-bed medical unit
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Manage patient isolation protocols with expertise and diligence
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop effective care plans
• Maintain meticulous documentation using EPIC EMR
