Key

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred)
• Active RN license in Georgia or compact state
• Experienced Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or equivalent)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (or obtain within required timeframe)
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) certification (or obtain within required timeframe)
• Proficiency with technology, exceptional communication skills, and the resilience to perform in a fast-paced ER setting

Responsibilities:

• Complete the nursing process using evidence-based and patient-centered approaches
• Foster a safe and inclusive clinical environment through effective communication and thorough documentation
• Mentor colleagues and students, contribute to professional development initiatives
