Qualifications / Experience:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Previous nursing experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile field protocols
• Exceptional teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the CVOR, including circulating and scrubbing duties
• Follow strict infection control procedures and surgical protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and surgical techs to ensure patient safety
• Monitor patient vitals and response during procedures
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and pre/post-op management
