An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience providing 1:1 pediatric care in a school setting. This contract position involves supporting students across various grade levels, from 1st through 10th grade, ensuring their health and well-being during the school day. The role is based in Marietta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care and support to pediatric students requiring 1:1 attention.
• Monitor and manage health plans, medications, and emergency protocols in compliance with school policies.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to address students' healthcare needs.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation for each student.
• Provide health education and counseling to students as appropriate.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and make decisions ensuring student safety.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in pediatric nursing, preferably with 1:1 care in academic settings.
• Comfort working with children in grades 1 through 10.
