Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner; FNP

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage episodic and chronic conditions for walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and older.
• Perform minor office procedures, including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments.
• Conduct physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual examinations.
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and an active state license.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and blood‑borne pathogen compliance.
• Detail‑oriented, confident in medical best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems.
• Experience with occupational health, including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals.
• Respect for autonomy in decision‑making.
• Team‑based approach to patient care.
• ACLS/BLS certifications (will be provided if needed).

• 15 shifts per month.
• Competitive hourly rate with performance‑based increases.

• Fewer workdays with focused shifts.
• Flexible work schedules set three months in advance; no on‑call and limited weekend work.
• Clinic closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter; early closures on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and Independence Day.
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) match up to 4%.
• Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family.
• Employee referral bonus program.
• AI transcription for charting.
