Position
Inpatient Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to join Wellstar Pulmonary Medicine.
Shift Details- 100% inpatient pulmonary
- 7 total shifts per 2‑week pay period (six 12‑hour shifts 7 am–7 pm and one 8‑hour shift 7 am–3 pm)
- No nights or call
- Weekend shift required at least one of every four weekends
- Collaborate with attending physicians during inpatient rounds
- Assist with new consults and perform bedside procedures
- Receive on‑the‑job training for thoracentesis and potential chest tube placement
- Provide care across four hospitals:
Kennestone (Marietta), Cobb (Austell), Douglas (Douglasville), Paulding (Hiram)
- Holder of an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Experience preferred; new graduates welcome
- Active or eligible for a Georgia state medical license
