As an RN Supervisor, you’ll oversee nursing operations during your scheduled weekends, ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive environment. This leadership role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to CNAs and LPNs.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain quality care standards.
- Active Georgia RN license.
- Leadership experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Every other weekend.
- 12-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
