Education
Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
BSN preferred.
Licensure & Certs
Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required.
BLS required.
NRP required.
ACLS & PALS preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of recent experience of Mother/Baby related nursing care in a hospital setting required.
Skills & Strengths
Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.
Collaborative, patient-first mindset.
Cool under pressure with top‑note time management.
