Your Health Organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve our patients across the Marietta area. The Nurse Case Manager travels to homes and facilities to evaluate patients and initiate telemedicine visits, coordinating with providers within our care team.
We require an active RN license, strong communication skills, and ability to travel daily. This full-time role follows 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) with a benefits package and potential for bonus opportunities.
