We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to work Monday‑Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the LaGrange, GA area. Candidates must be located in Stone Mountain, GA or willing to relocate to the LaGrange region.
Job DescriptionCertified Nursing Assistants provide essential support to patients in their homes, working under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation, and range‑of‑motion exercises) per their care plan.
- Obtain vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
- Track patient input and output as required.
- Perform non‑sterile and decubitus care following training procedures.
- Change linens according to schedule and patient needs.
- Complete all required paperwork and submit to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols.
- Provide post‑mortem care as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience; home health experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification as required by state.
- Updated TB results / chest X‑ray.
- Reliable transportation.
Regular sitting, standing, bending, light lifting, and walking are required. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions is necessary. Driving may be required at times.
CompensationHourly Rate: $11.00
