Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for education and helping others grow? Join East Cobb Center, part of Empire Care Centers, as our RN Staff Development Coordinator! In this important role, you’ll lead nursing staff training and development efforts, ensuring our team delivers the highest quality care to our residents.

This is a great opportunity for an RN with at least 1 year of experience who wants to take a step into a leadership role and make a real difference.

• Design and lead comprehensive orientation programs for new nursing staff
• Coordinate ongoing training and in-services to keep staff up to date on best practices and regulations
• Monitor and document staff competencies and certifications to ensure compliance
• Support professional growth and foster a positive, learning‑focused environment
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare for surveys and improve quality outcomes

• Active Georgia RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (experience in long‑term care is a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
