Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate care delivery
- Foster relationships with patients and families
- Promote safety and quality improvement
- Participate in performance initiatives
- Support professional development
- Serve as preceptors and contribute to research and protocol development to enhance care outcomes
- Must hold an active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- BLS certification
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Less than one year of clinical experience is preferred
- Strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and adherence to ethical standards are essential
- Complying with policies
- Participating in clinical research
- Supporting resource management
- Emphasizing continuous learning, collaboration, and commitment to evidence-based practice to improve patient care
