Registered Nurse; RN - Oncology - Day Shift, Part-Time

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and their families in care decisions.
• Coordinate safe and effective care delivery through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and collaboration.
• Promote professional development by completing competency assessments, serving as a preceptor, and supporting ongoing education.
• Advance evidence-based practice, participate in research, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety goals.

• Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred.
